We, Nunify Tech Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our” “Company”) are the owners of the website www.nunify.com and www.aidaio.com (“Website”). The Website showcases the Company`s event technology and event management software Nunify (the “Software”). The Website, Mobile Applications, Emailers and Software are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”. The Platform allows event managers, organizers, create event websites , event mobile apps, event web apps, registrations/RSVP forms, emailers, livestream, conduct webinars and check-in guests onsite. (“Services”).
We respect data privacy rights and are committed to protecting personal information collected on this Platform. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth how we collect, use and protect the personal information collected on this Platform.
Unless otherwise set out below, each capitalized term in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning as set out in the Terms of Use specifically accepted for use of the Platform. In order to use the Services, it shall be your responsibility to comply with both this Privacy Policy and any agreements. If the Policy is inconsistent with any provision contained in the specific agreements, the Company shall determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, which of the provisions shall control any such inconsistency or conflict.

What Personal Information is Collected by Us?
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify a user, including but not limited to the user's first name, last name, mobile number, residential address, IP address, email address, company email, company name and designation.
When you visit or log in to Company's marketing website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by Company's online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email address.

When the Company receives information from its Customer, the Company acts as a Processor and shall process data as per the instructions received by the Data Controller. We may collect your Personal Information in the following ways:
- Personal Information collected through our Website: You may provide Personal Information when you visit our Platform, request a demo of our Services, chat with us on our Platform and/or contact us through the 'Contact Us' page on our Platform. You may provide your Personal Information when you contact us or write to us on our email address. You may provide information including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, company name, designation, physical address, tax information.
- User account: You may provide Personal Information including but not limited to your name, email address, company name, designation, username, password when creating an account on our Platform.
- Online Identifiers and Log Data: When you use or access the Platform, we may collect your IP address, operation system, browser type, web log data, referring and exit pages, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages and content viewed and the order of those pages, the date and time you used our Services, the frequency of your use of our Services, error logs.
- Payment Information: You may elect to pay for the Services through our Platform, we may collect certain information such as name, phone numbers, billing address , tax information and email address to process your request. You will be required to provide certain payment information directly to our payment processing partners, including but not limited to your name, credit/debit card information. We do not access, store or collect your credit/debit card information.
- Personal Information collected for recruitment purposes: You may provide Personal Information when you apply for a job at our Company through the careers page on our Platform. You may provide us information including but not limited to name, email address, contact information, CV/resume, educational information, employment information.
- Social media platforms: We may also collect, store and use your Personal Information when you access social media pages operated by us on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and/or LinkedIn.
What Personal Information do we Proccess on Behalf of the Customer?
This section concerns the Personal Information of the User collected by the Customer, and such collection may be facilitated by us.
- The Company as a Data Processor: The Customer sets the purpose and means of processing of such Personal Information. We process such Personal Information only on behalf of and on the instructions of the Customer and for the purposes of rendering our Services to the Customer.
- Customer Privacy Policy: If you are the User of the Platform and your Personal Information was shared with us by the Customer, the privacy policy of the Customer, on whose behalf we collect and process the Personal Information, will apply. This means that any enquiry, request, objection or complaint that you as a User may have in connection with the collection and/or processing of Personal Information that forms part of your Platform usage should be addressed to and resolved by the Customer.
- Personal Information: Depending on the nature of services and Customer requirements the Company processes Personal Information on behalf of Customer/s. We may process Personal Information including but not limited to the name, email address, contact number, account and registration details, profile and profile pictures, social media handles, official government issued identification number, billing details, email and chat interactions, details of support tickets, video meeting recordings and event feedback from the Customer's employees, admin personnel, key managerial personnel and event attendees. Further, the Personal Information collected on behalf of the Customer, may differ based on the specific requirements, Nunify remains solely the data processor and the customer is responsible to provide adequate privacy notices.
The Customer has complete control over the Personal Information and the Company processes the Personal Information on the Customer's behalf. - Customer Responsibility: The Customer represents that it has acquired all necessary consents and/or relies on other appropriate legal basis for the processing of Personal Information of end-Users. Customer confirms that end-Users have been informed about that their Personal Information is transferred to the Company as a processor and other third parties used by the Company for the provision of Services.
We will process the Personal Information for as long as we provide services to the Customer and the Customer maintains active accounts of such Users.
Cookies
We use cookies and/or similar in-house and third-party tracking tools to track user traffic patterns. Tracking tools also used are beacons, tags and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Platform. You may choose to disable cookies through your browser settings. Accuracy of information
User undertakes that he shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or truthfulness of the Personal Information shared with us whether of its own or any third party. In the event the User is sharing any Personal Information on behalf of a third person, the User represents and warrants that he has the necessary authority to share such Personal Information with the Company, obtained a written consent from such third party and the Company shall not be responsible for verifying the same. The User understands and acknowledges that such Personal Information shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
Anonymized Data
We may also use your Personal Information collected to create aggregate anonymized data. We shall ensure that such anonymized data will not be directly identifiable to you or to the Personal Information shared with us. We may use this anonymized data for any purpose including but not limited to conduct research, analytical purposes, and improving our Platform. We will retain User's Personal Information as long as it is required to be retained for the purpose of provision of the services on our Platform. We may also retain and use User's Personal Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
How We Secure Your Personal Information?
We are committed to maintaining information security and protecting customer data from potential breaches. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections, we cannot warrant the security of Personal Information transmitted as these systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible, and we will take necessary measures to mitigate such events.

Governing laws
